as soon as，表示语句的动作紧接着从句的动作而发生。如:Iwill give him the message as soon as I see him.(我一看到他，就告诉他。)
“not .. . until..…”与“until”:前者表示“直到….….才...…”，指主句的动作在从句所表示的时间才开始,谓语一般用非延续性动词;而后者则表示主句的动作在从句所表示的时间之前就开始，并且一直持续到该时间为止，其谓语一般用持续性动词。“主将从现”:即主句用一般将来时态,从句只能用一般现在时。
从句的位置:时间状语从句放在主句之前或之后均可。但在主句之前时，应用逗号与主句分开。
